Teresa Ford
President

Teresa is a home educator and a single mother of 5 children, her two youngest are still at home.  Teresa is a member of 17 Mile Homemakers in North Pole.  She is the 2007 recipient of the Stars of Gold award given by Lt Governor Sean Parnell.  Teresa volunteers in Los Niño’s Café and has been working on several projects to involve young women in creative arts and cooking at Joel’s Place.  She attends Friend’s Church where she teaches Sunday School and enjoys the “Created to Create” small group.

JR Stepp
Vice President

JR has been on our board since January 2007.  JR honorably served in the United States Marine Corps for twenty years.  He is currently employed at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska Rifle Range.  He serves as the Youth Pastor at Fairhill Community Church of God and is the Chaplin at Fairhill Christian School (K-12).  He volunteers at the Fairbanks Rescue Mission.  JR is married to Nora, they have one daughter and five grandchildren.

Kelli Boyle
Secretary

Kelli Boyle was born and raised in Fairbanks, attends Community Covenant Church, and is married with 2 teenagers. Kelli has been employed at Frontier Business systems for 4 years, holds a degree in human services from UAF, and has many years of experience working with local non- profit organizations, such as the Fairbanks Boys and Girls club, and Presbyterian Hospitality House. Kelli has a MYSPACE ministry with international reach called "Random People who Care."

Rita Pierce
Treasurer

Rita Pierce joined our board of directors in 2009.  Rita is an educator who has returned to UAF to work on a degree in Geology. She is the founder of Battle Ax Ministries.

John Frambs
Board Member

John is an Airframe and Powerplant employee with Everts Airfuel.   North Pole Worship Center sent this young man our way in 2004.  Since that time he has served as a volunteer on our Security Team and has helped out as a sound technician. John is also involved in the arts as a part of “Created to Create” small group at Friend’s Church. He is an active participant at The Well church.
